Healthy rug grippers

QUESTION:

Hi,

I'm looking for non-toxic, high quality rug grippers for throw rugs that I take up and wash and also larger wool rugs. I know that there are some nasty chemicals in a lot of grippers sold out there. Anyone know a good source for non-toxic ones - and what they are made of?

Thanks,

kt

COMMENTS:

Regarding "healthy" rubber grippers for throw rugs or area rugs: Earth Weave Carpet Mills located in Georgia, USA. the owner is a nice guy also.
I have two beautiful chemical free rugs, I love them and lots of "natural" rubber grippers for throw rugs etc... .
Good luck

I found a source for natural rubber rug grippers for wool rugs and it looks like they would work for cotton or other natural fiber rugs also. The web site is: Eco By Design and the URL is: http://www.ecobydesign.com/shop/carpet/index.html#rugsv .

Cheers,
kt
