Sewer gas exposure

QUESTION:

Does anyone know of a doctor to see after over 3 years of being exposed to sewer gas? The sewer lines for the rough in plumbing in the basement were not capped. Susan Bonnet 307-672-2576 or sbonnet@vcn.com

COMMENTS:

Dr. Michael Gray, MD, MPH is an occupational medicine doctor who has seen a lot of patients with chemical injuries, have multiple chemical sensitivities and mold exposure. He's in Benson, Arizona. Grace Ziem, MD, Ph.D does similar things in Florida. There is also someone in Texas that practices Environmental Medicine. I hope that's helpful.

I have also been exposed to a sewer gas leak in my home when my plumber forgot to cap a pipe. I was wondering if you have found any relief from this toxic exposure? I have sold my house and all of my furniture because of the sewer gases and have suffered tremendously. I have been following all of Debra Lynn Dadd's suggestions for several months now on how to detox my new house and myself but I continue to suffer a great deal. Please let me know how you are feeling.
