Multiple Chemical Sensitivities info by Debra Lynn Dadd How I recovered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities - How I recovered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities.

Beverages

Most popular beverages are heavily sweetened. From soda pop to hot chocolate, practically every beverage is sweet, and if it isn't, we add our own sugar.

For the purposes of choosing sweeteners, beverages break down into two groups: hot and cold. White refined white sugar can be used to sweeten both, some of the other sweeteners are best used to sweeten on or the other.

Currently there is information in this section on sweetening cold drinks and some recipes for popular summer beverages. As the season changes, I'll add more about sweetening hot drinks and recipes.
