Crepes

Crepes are a fun and easy way to make a dressy dessert with whatever you have on hand. They can be simple or fancy. Some of the most sophisticated desserts of all time are made with crepes (such as flaming Crepes Suzette) and some of the simplest (such as fresh-picked raspberries wrapped in a crepe with a bit of melted chocolate).

Crepes can be plain or flavored and combined with fillings in infinite ways. Mix and match different types of crepes with different fillings.

Try filling these crepes with your favorite pie fillings too. Crepes have less fat and carbs than pie crust.
