Lemon Bars
makes 2 dozen 2" square bars
1 recipe Lemon Curd 1 recipe "Sugar" Cookies for Cut-Outs - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 9"x13" baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the Lemon Curd and allow to cool.
- Make the "Sugar" Cookie dough. Instead of cutting out the "sugar" cookies, pat the dough into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish.
- Pour the lemon curd over the top and spread to cover.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Dust with powdered unrefined cane sugar (sold as "organic powdered sugar")
