I recently went into an Origins store and the sales agent told me that they don't use any chemicals in their products so they are all 100% natural. I bought a couple of items that didn't have any chemicals listed in the ingredient list, but do you or your readers know if this is in fact true? I would appreciate any advice...
Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, their website does not list any ingredients, so I can't look at all the ingredients lists. I know when they first came out, they weren't 100% natural, but I know they changed their formulas.
A lot of beauty product websites list their ingredients, so consumers can check out the products before they buy.
To me it's always been a red flag anytime a company doesn't fully list ingredients. If they have nothing to hide they will typically list them.
I went on Origins website and used the Live Chat to ask if there's a place to see full ingredients as I was curious to know if all of their products are 100% natural myself. The reply was: Please kindly submit your request via our Contact Us page. In order to make sure your email is directed to the correct department, please select the “How to use or apply product” option on the Contact Us form. Ingredient list requests are addressed within 1 (one) business day. Click here for the Contact Us page. On the contact page they request your name, email, address, and other info which leads me to believe you may get added to a mailing list.
